The scale of our experience ranges from small teams to businesses with over twenty thousand employees, from one site operations to companies with dozens of sites.

Investigations

We assist organisations dealing with complaints such as bullying, mismanagement or discrimination. Investigations at work require a high level of interpersonal skills in order to reduce stress rather than aggravate an already unpleasant situation. We both conduct investigations and provide support for internal investigators. We have particular expertise is responding to anonymous allegations, which are often far more problematic than complaints made openly.
